What will I receive?

Products labeled as digital downloads are files or access links. No physical item is mailed for those listings. Check the individual product description for the exact designs, formats, and usage terms included.

How do I access my order?

After a completed purchase, use the download or access link provided with your Shopify order confirmation or order email. Open any included instructions before editing or printing. If you cannot find or open a link, email designiski@outlook.com with your order number and the product name so I can help.

Do I need Canva?

Editable Canva template listings require a Canva account to personalize the design. Follow the access instructions in your order and check the listing for what can be edited.

Can I use the design for my business?

Usage rights vary by product. Please read the license or usage terms in that listing and its included files before making products for sale. If the terms are unclear, ask before purchasing.
