How do I know whether I'm buying a finished item or a digital download?
Design Is Ki Customs offers both physical products and digital design files. Every product page should identify which type you're purchasing. A physical product is printed and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. A digital download is artwork or a template for you to use yourself; no physical item will be mailed.
When will my printed item ship?
Our printed apparel and select gifts are made to order with production partners. Production and carrier transit times vary by product, print provider, destination and season. Review the shipping charges and available delivery information at checkout. If your order is needed for a specific event, contact us before purchasing so we can discuss feasibility. We cannot guarantee arrival by an event date unless separately confirmed.
Can I choose the shirt size or color?
Yes, where options are listed. Select from the sizes and colors currently available on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Review the size chart when provided. Not every color is available in every size.
How do custom photo orders work?
If you want a personalized blanket or another item featuring a name, photo or special message, please contact us first with what you have in mind. We'll confirm the personalization process, necessary files and timing before you place an order.
How do I get my editable template or design file?
See the product listing for file details and follow our Digital Download Help page for download and editing instructions. Files, licensing rights and personalization vary by product.
